Luxury on a BudgetDuring my recent stay at Clock House, I discovered that the property is still a work in progress, much like Stone Henge. Ideally located just a minute's walk from Thornton Heath Station, it offers quick access to central London. The clean room featured essential amenities such as a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities, enhancing convenience during my visit. For £101 over two nights, the value is quite appealing, particularly with free parking and Wi-Fi. Be wary of nearby parking fees in Croydon. While my experience was generally pleasant, I observed a need for ongoing improvements in the hotel's overall presentation. Nonetheless, for budget-conscious travelers seeking decent accommodations with basic comforts, Clock House remains a viable option. My experience suggests that with continued development, this hotel could elevate its offer significantly while still delivering excellent value.
